About the Role
J.A. Blanton Consulting is looking for a small number of motivated high school and college students to join a new AI Education Initiative. We're looking for mature, thoughtful, and creative students who are curious, independent, and reflective about how education is evolving.
Responsibilities May Include
- Research and writing & analysis
- Group discussions and collaborative work
- Evaluating what students are currently learning in school
- Identifying gaps in existing education
- Assessing how schools are — or aren't — preparing students for an AI-driven future

What You'll Gain
This internship is designed to be a genuinely valuable experience — not just a line on a résumé. Interns will have the opportunity to:
- Academic credit — Interns are encouraged to seek academic credit through their school. J.A. Blanton Consulting will provide documentation of hours, responsibilities, and supervisor verification as needed to support credit applications.
- Mentorship — Work directly with Jessica Blanton, a Harvard Law graduate, Yale alumna, and legal tech entrepreneur, who will provide guidance, feedback, and professional mentorship throughout the internship.
- Real-world experience — Contribute to meaningful research and help shape how the next generation prepares for an AI-integrated future.
- Professional development — Build skills in research, writing, critical thinking, and collaborative work that are directly applicable to college, graduate school, and careers.
- Letter of recommendation — Strong performers may request a letter of recommendation upon completion of the internship.
